Shipping Locations:

We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, such as sales or festive seasons, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, but we will notify you in case of any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Available for most locations within India.
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for select pin codes.

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat rate of ₹100 will be applied.
• Express Shipping: ₹150 on all orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Undelivered Packages:

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some remote areas may have extended delivery times. In such cases, we will inform you about any delays or changes in shipping options.
